SHIPPING
All Domestic packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail
Service.

International Shipping
All International packages are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail
Service
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight+
measurements of the package.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday ONLY. No orders
will be shipped on the weekend and holidays. Any orders made on a weekend or
holiday will not be processed till the next business day.
1) Orders made before 1pm will be prepared and sent out for delivery by 3pm

All orders will be shipped using strong Poly Bags or Durable Packaging Paper.

If there are any issues with your order in regards to the payment and/or
shipping information, we will be forced to cancel. (You can re-purchase after
contacting us with the correct information)
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you
will receive a tracking number via eBay. Please allow 24-48 hours before
updates appear on your tracking number.
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect address (provided by
the customer) or the package was refused; customers will be responsible for the
re-shipping costs.
We will not be responsible for any delays caused by weather or uncontrollable
circumstance as it is simply out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer USPS First Class International shipping
service due to it being a non track-able service.

All international packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US
international customs. The customs will randomly inspect package upon
departure/arrival of packages.

TERMS OF SALE
DS1SPORTS is happy to accept any returns/exchanges that are sent back to us
within the return window (30 days). SOME ITEMS WILL BE DECLINED- CHECK RETURN
POLICY IN LISTINGS.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns for International customers and ALL
SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns/Exchanges must be sent back in the SAME, UNWORN condition with
original shoe box and original material/tags included. If you do not follow our
guideline, the item may not be accepted and subject to additional charges.
Please be sure to include your USER ID and ITEM # for ALL returns and exchanges.
ALL items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please do not ship returns/exchanges using the original shoe box as the
shipping box, as they will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges in the return/exchange
process.
Orders that are returned because the package was refused; the shipping
address provided is invalid/incomplete; or the order was not picked up are
subject to all shipping charges.

Q: Do you sell authentic products?A: We guarantee the authenticity of all our
items. If you are unsatisfied in any manner, we do offer a 30 days return
policy.
Q: Do you have other colors or sizes?A: Our entire inventory is listed online.
Please use the search function for our store to easily navigate and find other
products that we carry.
Q: Can you measure the insole/width/length of the shoe?A: We are sorry but we
cannot accommodate your request as our warehouse and offices are in separate
locations.
Q: Can you change my shipping address to... ?A: We are sorry but it is against
eBay and PayPal rules to ship to an address not on record. It is in both
parties interest to prevent lost, stolen or damaged goods by shipping to the
confirmed address. The only compromise is to refund the order and re-purchase.
Q: How do I return an item?A: For return instructions, please contact Ebay to
walk you through the process. Items must be returned in the same exact
condition with all accessories and tags. A 20% restocking fees will be
charged. Once the item has been received and inspected we will proceed with the
buyer's request. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Q: How long will my return take to process?A: Please allow up to 5 business
days from our receipt of the item for processing. Shipping and handling fees
are non-refundable. Refunds will only be returned to you by the original method
of payment chosen for the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
